Deleting Campaigns In Campaign View

You can use the Campaign View screen to delete campaigns that are in either of these states:

  • Completed
  • Cancelled

If Approvals is switch off, campaigns cannot be deleted when their status is Active.

If Approvals is switched on, campaigns cannot be deleted when their status is Active, Pending Approval, Approving, Approved or Paused.

Note:

Every campaign has data stored that is specific to that campaign, such as campaign history. It is important to understand that deleting a campaign document does not delete all related data. If you are unsure, do not delete the campaign document until you have checked with your system administrator.

Procedure

  1. Click Campaigns in the main slide out menu. The Campaign View screen opens.
  2. Use the Campaign View folders to navigate to the campaign you want to delete. Click the campaign's expand button .
  3. Select Delete from the drop-down list.
